30. 12월 30일(목)  ‘개인적으로 주님을 만난사람의 변화’  욥 41:1-34

본문 관찰과 묵상

     욥이 드디어 하나님을 만났다.  간접적으로 들어 알던 하나님을 눈으로 보고 개인적으로 만났다.  하나님을 체험한 자는 첫째, 하나님이 어떤분이신 깨닫는다.  둘째, 자신이 얼마나 형편없는 죄인인지 깨닫는다.  셋째, 그래서 하나님을 만난 자는 티끌과 재 가운데서 회개한다.

QT를 통하여 듣는 주님의 음성

     하나님은 귀로 들어서 깨닫을수 있는 분이 아니다.  다른 사람들이 말하는 하나님이 전부가 아니다.  내가 만나야 한다.  나의 눈에서 비늘같은 것이 떨어지며 내 개인에게 임하시는 주님을 만나야 한다.    

결단과 적용

    ‘내 눈을 열어서 주의 법의 기이한 것을 보게 하소서’(시 119:18).  그리고 ‘내 입술을 열어주소서 내 입이 주를 찬송하며 전파하리이다’(시 51.15).  내가 만난 주님을 증거하게 하소서!   하나님앞에 나의 죄를 회개한다.  모르면서도 아는척, 알면서도 모르는척 한 나를 용서하소서!       

30. Dec 30 (Thu) QT.  Transformation which happens to the one who

      meets the Lord personally’         Job. 42:1-6

Observation and meditation on the text

     Finally, Job was met by God.  Job who knew God by hearing about the Lord indirectly finally could see God by his eyes personally.   Anyone who experiences God personally are being transformed.  First, I know now who God is.  Second, I know now how sinful I am.  Third, therefore, I immediately repent of my sins in dust and ashes.

I hear the voice of the Lord through QT

     God cannot be experienced by just hearing about God.  It is not all about God when I hear from others.  I must experience God personally.  I must open my eyes spiritually as something like scales should fall from Saul’s eyes.

Decisions and applications

     ‘Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law’ (Ps. 119:18).  ‘Open my lips Lord, and my mouth will declare your praise’ (Ps. 51:15).   Lord, let me witness you whom I have met personally.  Before your presence, I repent of my sins; I pretend to know you when I do not know you.  I pretend to not to know you when I know you.
